In the United States and the United Kingdom, there has been an outbreak of Facebook photo sharing in Instagram. The customers of the region complained about the app crash and others.
Instagram is one of the most popular apps in the world.
The outbreak started in areas since Friday. During the publication of the report, it was seen in these areas that the outage was running.
The British Tabloid Mirror report said the reasons for the outbreak have not yet been made clear. 54 percent of subscribers have complained about news feeds, 25 percent complained about logging and 20 percent of customer complaints can not see the site.
Instagram has not commented on the outbreak.
Meanwhile, microblogging site Twitter has complained about the allegations, many customers.
A customer named Lucas said in his tweet, "Who else is there who has been logged out?"
Christa said, "I think someone tried to hack my profile and I was changing the password again."
Another customer named Angie said, "I signed out my profile, and now I can not sign in."
Instagram has updated the Stories feature on Friday morning. Through its medium, customers can easily share personal pictures with close friends.
It is not clear whether this update resulted in this outage.
